Molly Morales

Molly Morales is a Manager in Organization, People, and Change Management at West Monroe since February 2022, where previous roles included Senior Consultant and Experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant. Prior experience includes roles at Collaborative Solutions, LLC as an Organizational Change & Training Consultant and Associate Consultant from June 2019 to February 2022. Molly also participated in a field study at Miami University in January 2019 and completed internships at RedPeg Marketing and Champion Title & Settlements, Inc. in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador for the PGA of America and working as a Swim Instructor at Swim2U. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Creative Writing from Miami University, completed in 2019.
