Stacia Peters is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Talent Business Partner at West Monroe since January 2019. In this role, Stacia leads initiatives focused on employee retention, performance management, and career development, fostering strong relationships with employees and managers to facilitate effective communication and resolution of HR issues. Prior to joining West Monroe, Stacia held positions at Jack Henry & Associates as a Talent Management Specialist, where leadership development programs were managed for over 40 leaders, and at The Neiman Marcus Group, HMS, and Giorgio Armani in various analytical and support roles.
