Steven Kirz

Steven Kirz started their work experience in 1995 as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. In 2003, they joined Archstone Consulting as a Principal and played a key role in generating client sales and managing delivery. Steven co-founded the company and helped develop an office of over 30 consultants within three years. In 2006, Kirz joined Pace Harmon as a Managing Director, where they created successful partnerships between clients and vendors and managed the San Francisco office. In 2020, they joined West Monroe as a Senior Partner in IT Strategy and Transformation, focusing on blending industry expertise with operational and technology capabilities to create value for clients. Steven later became the Senior Partner and San Francisco Office Lead, before taking on the role of National Practice Lead for Operations Excellence.

Steven Kirz earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School between 1993 and 1995. Steven holds a BS in History from Haverford College, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. Additionally, Steven attended Beijing Normal University in 1985 and 1986, although their degree and field of study in that institution are unspecified.
