Steven Rhoads

Steven Rhoads is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial transformation and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Financial Transformation at West Monroe since May 2022, Steven previously held positions at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where contributions as Strategy Manager and Finance Manager focused on marketing, innovation, capital planning, vendor management, and brand P&L creation from September 2016 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, concentrating on supply chain finance, transportation, and warehouse P&L from October 2014 to September 2016. Steven also gained valuable experience at Raytheon, progressing from Financial Analyst I to Senior Financial Analyst, involved in global business services and proposal management from June 2011 to October 2014, and participated as a Finance Intern from May 2008 to August 2010.
