West Oak Lane Charter School
Rebeccah Ulm is an experienced art educator and museum professional with a background in facilitating art lessons for K-8th grade students at West Oak Lane Charter School since September 2021. Rebeccah also serves as a VTS Consultant for the Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania, providing training in Visual Thinking Strategies. Additional experience includes working as a Museum Educator at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, where Rebeccah delivers community outreach lessons and hands-on workshops. Rebeccah's previous roles include Teaching Artist positions at ArtWell Collaborative and University City Arts League, VTS Coordinator at the Institute of Contemporary Art, and various educational roles at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and Brandeis University. Educational credentials include a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Studio Art and a BA in Studio Art and Art History from Brandeis University.
