Greg Franklin

Greg Franklin has extensive experience in underwriting, currently serving as the Regional Head of Underwriting for the European Team and Deputy Head for USA North & Canada at West P&I since July 2018. Previous positions include Senior Underwriter and Underwriter at Aspen Insurance Group and other underwriting roles at The Shipowners' Club, Shipowners' North America Protection Ltd., The Shipowners' Protection Ltd. (P&I), and Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd. Early career experience includes a role as Assurance Technician at Ernst & Young. Greg Franklin holds a degree in Geology from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2001.
