Michelle Shiparski is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various roles related to children's ministry and education. Currently serving as the Director of Children's Disciples at Church of the Saviour UMC, Michelle is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to children from infants to 6th grade to help them become devoted followers of Christ. With a background in teaching at the high school level and other leadership roles in church settings, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.

The West Ohio Conference is the ministry office for The United Methodist Church in 58 counties of Ohio, in ministry with nearly 200,000 members, 1,200 local United Methodist congregations, 8 satellite offices, 3 camping and retreat centers, and multiple community centers and missions sites in Ohio and globally.
