Elaine Stiefel

Elaine Stiefel is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Instructional Technology at West Ottawa Public Schools since September 2018. Prior to this role, Elaine worked as a Professional Learning Consultant at Communications by Design, focusing on helping schools and educators integrate technology into their instruction and curriculum. As the Director of Education Outreach at the WMPMI Project Management Institute, Elaine created networking opportunities and developed a CAPM prep course for educational programs. Earlier experience includes serving as an English Facilitator at Kent Innovation High School, where Elaine developed curriculum for project-based learning settings. Elaine holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, and additional qualifications include a Master’s in Instruction and Curriculum from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from Oakland University.
