Kristy Jernigan

Kristine Jernigan currently serves as the Principal at West Ottawa High School, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristine was the Principal at Lakeshore Elementary School from August 2019 to February 2022, and also held the positions of Assistant Principal and Math Educator at West Ottawa Public Schools from August 2005 to August 2019. Earlier in Kristine's career, a Math Educator role was undertaken at Waverly Public Schools from August 2004 to June 2005. Kristine Jernigan holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Michigan State University, a certification in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Michigan State University.
