Dan Levy

Dan Levy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both local government and the private sector. Currently serving as the Cabinet Member for Finance and Property at Oxfordshire County Council and as a District Councillor for West Oxfordshire District Council, Levy has played a key role in financial management for local authorities since May 2021 and May 2019, respectively. Previously, Levy held the position of Head of Financing Solutions at BT Global Services, focusing on large-scale financing solutions across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a background that includes directorship at Stockport County FC and consulting roles at Dresdner Kleinwort, Levy has a strong foundation in IT financing and structured finance solutions. Educational credentials include a degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford and Manchester Grammar School.
