Joe Nava

Joe Nava has extensive experience in the produce industry, with a focus on sales and business development. Joe is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at West Pak Avocado, Inc. since May 2019. Prior to their current role, Joe worked as a Senior Account Manager at Calavo Growers from March 2013 to May 2019. Joe also served as an Account Manager at Mission Produce Inc. from 2009 to 2013. Joe started their career with internships at Driscoll's and Famous Software in 2006.

Joe Nava attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2004 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management.
