Kellen Newhouse has a diverse work experience in the produce industry. Kellen began their career in 2008 at West Pak Avocado as an Operations Manager, responsible for daily operations and supply replenishment at the Murrieta distribution center. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Operations Manager, where they developed and managed company-branded techniques, systems, and processes for the ripening of avocados. Kellen also spearheaded the creation and development of five Forward Distribution Centers (FDCs) across the United States, managing strategic direction and supply replenishment at these locations. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Sourcing and International Business Development, leading the global sourcing program and strategy for multiple countries. Kellen made pricing and purchasing decisions and supervised a diverse team of Field Engineers. Overall, Kellen Newhouse has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations and business development within the produce industry.

Kellen Newhouse obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management from the University of Arizona, attending from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in December 2010.
