Michael Williams

Michael Williams has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Michael is currently working as an IT Support Technician III at West Pak Avocado, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Media Director at Temecula Eagles starting from January 2021. From August 2019 to July 2020, they worked at New Directions Technologies Inc. as a System Administrator and Cyber Security System Administrator. Before that, they held roles such as Tier II Technician and Customer Interface at SMS Data Products Group, Inc. from November 2018 to January 2019 and from February 2019 to August 2019 respectively. In their early career, Michael served in the US Army as a Signal Support System Specialist from June 2012 to January 2019 and as an IT System Administrator from January 2016 to December 2018.

Michael Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Michael has also obtained several additional certifications, including CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in January 2023, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2022, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2020, HDI-SCA from HDI in November 2018, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in June 2021.
