Charles Osborne, MHI, serves as the Senior Program Manager for Information, Communication and Automation Technology (ICAT) at West Park Healthcare Centre since 2008, where responsibilities include leading a team on the transformation portfolio for a new hospital development, overseeing over 30 large-scale projects that integrate Health Informatics, IT, OT, and IoT. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Technical Analyst/System Administrator, focusing on system architecture, automation of administration tasks, and information security within health IT projects. In addition, Charles has been a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto's Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation since 2020, instructing courses in system design and process innovation. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Health Informatics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University.
