Mel Martin has extensive experience in administrative support and communications, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Financial Administrative Assistant at West Parry Sound Health Centre since October 2013, Mel provides support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer while maintaining site-specific forms for the Meditech Expanse HIM module. Previous roles include Departmental Assistant for Nursing Administration and EHR Site Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed record-keeping, correspondence, and public inquiries. Mel also has experience as a Court Reporter for the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and has held marketing and communications positions with Muskoka Chautauqua and Wild Waterworks. Education includes studies at Niagara College and Brock University, with a strong foundation in arts and sciences.
