Barbara O'Neill

Barbara O'Neill is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Vice President for EU & Asia Pacific at West Pharmaceutical Services since September 2020, Barbara previously held the position of Operating Vice President & Regional General Counsel for EMEA & APAC at Owens & Minor International from May 2017 to September 2020. Prior to this role, Barbara served as Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Mylan from June 2014 to April 2017.
