Courtney Palko MLD, LATG has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Courtney currently holds the position of Senior Project Analyst / Team Lead at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Management Analyst at the same company starting from July 2020.

Before joining West Pharmaceutical Services, Courtney worked at Q2 Solutions from June 2015 to July 2020 as an Associate Lab Project Set-up Manager. Their responsibilities involved managing lab projects and ensuring their smooth set-up.

Courtney's career began at GlaxoSmithKline, where they worked as a Senior Laboratory Animal Technician from May 2003 to September 2005. Their responsibilities included providing care for laboratory animals, data entry, and supporting investigators with necessary information for experiments.

Before entering the scientific field, Courtney worked as a Bookstore Clerk at Delaware Valley College from May 2002 to December 2003. Courtney also gained customer service experience at PetSmart as a Lead Cashier from January 2001 to January 2002.

Courtney's earliest work experience includes working as a Kennel Technician at VCA CONEWEGO VETERINARY CLINIC from January 2000 to January 2001. Their duties included assisting doctors with animals and surgeries, maintaining client records, and upkeep of kennels and surgery suites.

Courtney Palko MLD, LATG obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley University between 2000 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Leadership Development at The Pennsylvania State University Great Valley from 2007 to 2009.
