Danielle Verba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Danielle started their career at Shiseido Americas Corporation in 2009, where they held various positions including Customer Service Representative, Sales Operations Coordinator, Associate Manager of Sales Operations, and Senior Customer Service Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for order management, documentation, and communication with field personnel. In 2015, Danielle joined West Pharmaceutical Services as a Specialist in Order Fulfillment, where they worked until 2017. Danielle then briefly took on the role of Senior Specialist in Order Fulfillment before transitioning to the position of Sales Support Senior Specialist from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead for Analytics and Digital Solutions Customer Service at West Pharmaceutical Services.
From 2004 to 2008, Danielle Verba studied Criminology and Justice Studies at The College of New Jersey.
