Kapil Bhura

Kapil Bhura has a diverse work experience in sales and business development roles in both the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Kapil has held positions such as Director of Sales for Biologics at West Pharmaceutical Services starting in 2022, Senior Business Development Manager for Biologics at Gerresheimer from September 2022 to December 2022, and Director of Life Science Strategic Partnerships at Current Health from November 2021 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Kapil worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services from October 2017 to November 2021. Kapil also has experience as a Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager at Tredegar Film Products from August 2015 to May 2017, and as a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical Systems, and Solar Business Development Consultant at SOSI Services LLC from March 2015 to August 2015. Before that, Kapil worked at SCHOTT North America Inc. (Pharmaceutical Systems) in various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Manager of Strategy and Business Development, Medical Sales Manager, and Manufacturing/R&D Engineer from 2001 to 2015. Kapil began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Albion Inc. in September 1999, where they worked until July 2001.

Kapil Bhura has a diverse education history. Kapil obtained a diploma in Production Engineering from Agnel Technical College in 1995. Kapil then pursued a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Afterward, they completed a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo in 1999.

In 2004 and 2005, Kapil enrolled in three MBA courses at Nichols College. Later in 2010, they attended The Wharton School for a Mergers and Acquisition Program.

In addition to their formal education, Kapil has completed several certifications, including SAFe 4.0 Product Manager/Product Owner from Scaled Agile, Inc. and Scrum Product Owner Certified from VMEdu Inc., both obtained in 2017.
