Kathy Werley

Kathy Werley has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kathy currently holds the role of Senior Director, Sales, Pharma, NA at West Pharmaceutical Services since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as Director, Global Accounts at the same company from September 2012 to December 2020. In this role, Kathy led a global team and managed a $75M global account, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Before joining West Pharmaceutical Services, Kathy worked at Accupac, Inc. as an Account General Manager from January 2005 to September 2008. Kathy was responsible for developing and managing $41mm in sales revenues and achieved strategic supplier status at their largest account.

Earlier in their career, Kathy held various roles at Sharp Corporation, Jenard Corporation, and West Pharmaceutical Services, where they demonstrated their expertise as an Account Executive and VP of Sales.

Throughout their career, Kathy has successfully managed global accounts, achieved significant sales growth, and maintained strong relationships with key clients. Kathy'scross-functional leadership and strategic approach have made their a valuable asset in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Kathy Werley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. In 2017, they also received a certification as a Certified Global Account Manager from the University of St.Gallen. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership Insights on Being Accountable from Skillsoft in 2022.
