Kelly Liang

Kelly Liang is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services since June 2020, Kelly oversees HR functions for a leading company in pharmaceutical packaging. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as the Regional Talent Partner for Asia and Europe at Sibelco Group, and held various HR management positions at S & J CORPORATION, including Recruitment Manager and Deputy Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Coordinator at an international institute and a Management Trainee at McDonald's Restaurants (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. Kelly holds two master's degrees in International Business and International Business Administration.
