Lulin Ding

Lulin Ding is a design manager at West Pharmaceutical Services, where responsibilities include leading a team of industrial designers and driving innovation through strategic direction in R&D and design. Previously, Lulin worked as a senior industrial designer at Intellectual Capital Investments, contributing to brand design and business development, and held a similar role at Zuko, Inc., where participation in all phases of product design included the development of FDA-approved medical products for Johnson & Johnson. Early career experiences include industrial design internships and roles at various companies, including La Lumiere LLC and Weta Workshop Ltd, as well as academic contributions at Victoria University of Wellington and Eindhoven University of Technology, focusing on industrial and product design. Lulin holds a Bachelor of Design (Honors) from Victoria University of Wellington and has an additional degree in design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
