Michael R. G. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of research and development, packaging, sterilization, and biocompatibility. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for R&D at West Pharmaceutical Services since September 2020, Michael has held significant positions, including Senior Manager of Sterility Technology. Prior experience includes a tenure at Arthrex from May 2009 to September 2020 as a Senior Manager in Design QA and Sterilization & Biocompatibility, as well as a brief role as Manager of Biocompatibility of Wearable Products at Apple.
