Paul Cronin M.sc

Paul Cronin M.Sc is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR, Global Learning and Development at West Pharmaceutical Services since December 2020, Paul previously founded Cronin Training Consultants, providing tailored learning interventions and HR consultancy services from June 2018 to December 2020. Prior to this, Paul spent over two decades at IBM, where roles included Manager of Learning & Development for IBM Digital Sales in Europe, alongside various positions as Learning Consultant, Learning Specialist, and Technician. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Learning & Technology from Trinity College Dublin, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
