Peggy Tayloe

Peggy Tayloe has a diverse background in human resources, talent acquisition, and marketing. Peggy most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Operations at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they implemented talent development plans and workforce strategies. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Talent at Rare, a non-profit conservation organization. Peggy also held leadership positions at Infosys, Hilton Worldwide, and IBM, where they focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and HR management. Earlier in their career, Peggy worked in marketing roles at HP, Xing Technology, and the Bureau of National Affairs.

Peggy Tayloe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business from Providence College in the period of 1988-1992. Peggy also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Leadership from Rutgers University from 2005-2006. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Catholic High School from 1984-1988.
