Steve Brown

Steve Brown has extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Cost Accounting at West Pharmaceutical Services since 2006. In this role, Steve leads a team of five accountants across Ireland, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, overseeing the cost accounting and inventory control for the $550M Contract Manufacturing division. Previous positions at West include Manager of Cost Accounting, where Steve focused on driving consistency in manufacturing and inventory costing, and Controller, providing financial support to both local and executive management. Earlier career experience includes a short-term assignment in Ireland as Finance Manager, as well as roles at Stryker and Lear Corporation, where Steve gained valuable insights into financial operations and analysis. Steve holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.
