Thomas Ryder

Thomas Ryder is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Currently serving as a Sr. Process Improvement Engineer at West Pharmaceutical Services since January 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Process Engineer at Currier Plastics, Inc. from June 2016 to December 2021. In addition, Thomas contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor for Plastics Engineering at Cayuga Community College in 2017. Early career experiences include roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and various positions in food service, alongside multiple internships in process engineering at W. L. Gore & Associates.
