Tylar Smith

Tylar Smith has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Process and Analytics professional at West Pharmaceutical Services since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tylar gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Volvo Group Trucks Technology in 2019 and worked as an intern at Redland Brick Inc. from June 2017 to August 2018. Tylar also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations, both from Penn State University, where involvement included serving as the secretary of the SHRM-SLER for the Penn State Chapter from 2018 to 2019.
