Laura Hughes has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. In 1999, they worked at Sky (Open Interactive) in a finance position. From 2003 to 2004, they were an IBA Accountant at Towergate Underwriting. From 2004 to 2013, they were Head of Finance and Finance Manager at iCrossing, where they managed the finance department, produced month-end results, and handled revenue forecasting and budget planning. Laura then worked as a Training Academy Head at Crunch Accounting from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Financial Controller at Space Doctors. Laura held the role of Finance Director (Part Time) at Will Taylor Limited in 2016, and then at West Pier Studio from 2017 onwards. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Finance Director at THE KITCHEN STORE (RETAIL) LIMITED. Finally, from 2013 to 2018, they served as the Head of Finance (Part Time) at Brilliant Noise.
Laura Hughes earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University from 2012 to 2013.
