Erika Woods

Erika Woods has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Erika began their career as a Store Manager at EXPRESS in 1994 and continued in that role until 2002. Following that, they worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead from 2002 to 2006, where they successfully opened and staffed a new store. In 2007, they joined EXPRESS again, this time as a Store Manager for a Top 100 volume store. Erika was later promoted to District Manager and Acting District Manager, where they provided leadership and achieved significant sales performance improvements.
