They ensure compliance with safety standards, manage the machining and forming of steel materials, oversee the piping systems, and plan industrial production schedules. Additionally, they coordinate surface preparation and painting of metal structures to ensure high-quality finishes and durability of the ships built or serviced at the shipyard.
