Courtney Gorch

Courtney Gorch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Courtney started their career at Chemical Bank in 2015 as a Teller 1, and then moved on to West Shore Bank in 2017. At West Shore Bank, they worked as a Personal Banking Representative and later as a Commercial Loan Processor. In 2019, they joined West Michigan Credit Union as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for achieving sales and service goals, training and supervising staff, and maintaining knowledge of credit union products. Courtney returned to West Shore Bank in 2021 as a Commercial Loan Processor and was eventually promoted to the role of Commercial Loan Documentation Team Lead in 2022.

Courtney Gorch graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from Grand Valley State University in 2010.
