Cathy Tipton

Cathy Tipton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in safety training and regional operations management. Currently serving as the Safety Orientation & Training Coordinator at West Side Transport Co. since October 2016, Cathy is responsible for onboarding new hires and implementing training programs related to company policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Cathy was a Regional Manager and Operations Services leader at National Construction Rentals from April 2000 to September 2015, where responsibilities included attending networking events and tracking industry trends. Cathy also founded a regional operations service management company in the Columbus, Ohio area during the same period. Earlier in the career, Cathy held the position of Service Manager at Window and Door Factory LLC from 1994 to 2000, focusing on installation and service management.
