Andrew Hay is the current Executive Director for the Cultural Foundation of the Texas Panhandle at West Texas A&M University. Andrew has previously held positions as a Visiting Scholar/Fellow at St Edmund's and Trinity Colleges at the University of Cambridge, Site Director at Denver Seminary's West Texas Campus, Theological Initiative Director at Hillside Christian Church, and Adjunct Professor of Philosophy at West Texas A&M University.

Andrew Hay is a highly educated individual with a passion for philosophy and theology. Andrew has dedicated their career to teaching and sharing their knowledge with others. Andrew is a respected leader in their field and is known for their innovative thinking and ability to think outside the box. Andrew Hay is a strong advocate for the arts and culture, and they are committed to promoting the arts in the Texas Panhandle region.

Andrew Hay received their Doctor of Philosophy in Systematic Theology from the University of St. Andrews, their Master of Letters in Theology and the Arts from the University of St. Andrews, and their Master of Arts in Philosophy of Religion from Denver Seminary. Andrew is also certified from the Institut catholique de Paris in DFP.

Andrew Hay reports to Walter V. Wendler, President. They work with James D. Webb - Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Tracee Post - Chief of Staff and Assistant Vice President for Strategic Communication, and Brad Johnson - VP, Community College Relations.
