Richard Hollowell

Richard Hollowell, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Richard is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at West Texas National Bank, where they manage a portfolio valued at over $150 million. Prior to this, Richard was the Founder and Director of Charter School Development & Capital Advisory at Campus360, LLC, where they provided financing and project management solutions for charter and private schools. Additionally, they served as a Founding Board Member at Valiente College Preparatory Charter School. Before their role at West Texas National Bank, Richard held key positions at First Horizon National Corporation, BankUSA, Michigan Heritage Bank, Sterling Bank and Trust, and Michigan National Bank. Their expertise in commercial lending, business development, risk management, and team leadership has been honed through their experience in various roles throughout their career. Richard began their professional journey in the United States Marine Corps, where they were recognized for their dedication and accomplishments. Richard Hollowell earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Michigan between 1990 and 1995. Richard then served in the United States Marine Corps for an unspecified period of time. After their military service, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. In 2010-2011, they completed another MBA program at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, specializing in Finance.
