Jason Weaver currently serves as the Vice President of Development at West Texas Rehabilitation Center, a role held since December 2017, where responsibilities include improving fundraising and marketing results. Prior to this position, Jason was a teacher at Hereford High School from August 2015 to December 2017 and has extensive experience in development roles at Cal Farley's, including as Senior Director of Development and Director of Donor Relations, where skills in relationship-building and database marketing were honed. Jason began a career in fundraising as a Proposal Writer and has a foundational background in sales management from Felsberg Enterprises, Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech from West Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
