Laura Everett

Laura Everett has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Laura began their career as an intern at the North Carolina Council of Churches in 2009. Laura then worked as a Research Interviewer at the UNC Department of Biostatistics from 2009 to 2010. Following that, Laura worked as a Nanny for a local family from 2010 to 2012. Laura then transitioned into the veterinary field, working as a Veterinary Assistant at Arendell Animal Hospital from 2012 to 2014, and later at VCA from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Laura joined Sound Bank as a Teller and also served as an Operations/Compliance Assistant before moving into the role of Deposit Operations Support from 2017 to 2019. In 2017, they joined West Town Bank & Trust as a Deposit Operations Support II and then advanced to the role of Deposit Operations Coordinator in 2021.

Laura Everett received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Laura attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
