Fabian Zullo

Fabian Zullo has extensive experience in construction management, facilities management, and real estate, currently serving as the Assistant Facilities Manager and Construction Manager/Building Coordinator for West Valley City since 2001. Responsibilities include overseeing construction crews and contractors for remodel projects across 19 city-owned buildings. As the owner of ZZ Properties LLC since 2006, Fabian manages rental properties, handles tenant issues, and oversees lease renewals. Additionally, as a Real Estate Agent with Solaris Group Real Estate, expertise includes contract negotiation and conflict resolution. Earlier career roles involved managing special projects for Sandy City and running a custom home construction business. Fabian holds a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management.
