Kimberly Foster, IPMA-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for West Valley City since September 2015. Previous roles at West Valley City include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst II, with a focus on FMLA, disability management, workers' compensation, risk and safety training, employee development, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
