Jerry Thompson

Jerry Thompson is an experienced building official with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within municipal building departments. Currently serving as Chief Building Official for West Valley City since July 2015, Jerry also previously held the position of Deputy Building Official. Prior to this, Jerry was the Building Official for North Salt Lake City from September 2002 to June 2015 and worked as a Building Inspector in Ogden, Utah, from May 2000 to June 2003. Jerry holds a degree in Construction Management from Weber State University.
