Jessica Alvarez is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in municipal operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for West Valley City since June 2024, Jessica previously held the role of Human Resource Director and Executive Assistant to the Mayor at the City of Eagle Mountain from July 2007 to May 2021. Jessica's background includes serving as HR Manager at Eagle Mountain City, where responsibilities included developing personnel policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws, as well as overseeing personnel records management.
