Todd Hooker has worked at the West Virginia Development Office since April 1996, with various titles such as Deputy Executive Director, Deputy Director of Business and Industrial Development, and Manager of Business Retention and Expansion. Prior to this, Todd also worked at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Planning and Development Council and GOCID. Todd is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
