Charlotte Webb has extensive experience in education, serving as the State Lead for the West Virginia Campaign for Grade-Level Reading and Coordinator of Elementary Education at the West Virginia Department of Education since September 2013. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions as a Senior Staff Developer at Learning Sciences International and as a Professor of Elementary Education at Carlow University. Charlotte has also contributed as an Online Facilitator/Instructor at the University of Phoenix and as Adjunct Faculty at the COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY. In earlier roles, Charlotte worked as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant at Children’s Behavioral Health, a Special Education Teacher at Cobb County Schools, and an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Perimeter College. Charlotte's educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Reading from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Emory & Henry University.
