Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and Community & Technical College System oversees critical initiatives aimed at increasing postsecondary educational attainment in the state. Key roles include managing the West Virginia Invests Program and the Promise Scholarship to provide financial aid and support to students, as well as overseeing the Statewide Longitudinal Education Data Project to track and analyze educational outcomes across the system. This team plays a pivotal role in executing strategies to meet the goal of having 60 percent of the Mountain State's workforce possess formal credentials beyond high school by 2030.
