Kim Jones

Kim Jones is the current finance manager at the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Kim has also previously worked as the corporate secretary and shareholder of Hi Tech Construction Ltd. from March 1991 to December 2015. With their previous company, they were able to grow the small business from 3 founding partners to a full service entity that generated around $12 million in annual revenue with 100 employees and over 100 pieces of heavy equipment. The company's cumulative revenues exceeded $180 million. Kim was also responsible for establishing a competitive benefit package that included 401k, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and recognition awards. Kim also worked to dramatically improve the workers compensation injury rate from 2.1 to 0.85 through weekly consultant safety inspections, reports, and management meetings. This resulted in lower WC premiums, violation fines, and property damages. Kim is a skilled leader and financial planner who knows how to keep a company running smoothly even during tough economic times.
