Matt Altomare is currently a C#/.NET student at Tech Elevator, where participation in a 14-week full-stack coding boot camp is underway, focusing on dynamic web-based software systems. With a strong background in music performance, Matt holds a Master's degree in Music Performance and an Advanced Musical Studies Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where responsibilities involved financial reporting for the Chemistry and Biology Departments, and as an Extra Percussion musician with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, collaborating with a large ensemble for various concerts. Previous positions also encompass leadership as Stage Crew Manager at Carnegie Mellon and multifaceted roles in box office and event support at the Interlochen Center for the Arts.
