Stacey White has extensive experience in urban planning and mass transit, currently serving as the Head of Mass Transit, Place and Consents (Interim) and previously as Policy Manager at West Yorkshire Combined Authority since April 2022. Prior to this role, Stacey spent over 14 years at Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, where positions included Spatial Planning Project Manager, Project Manager, and Planning Officer. Stacey holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies and Planning, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from The University of Sheffield.
