Emma Ahern

Emma Ahern has extensive experience in digital innovation and project management within the police and public sector. Currently serving as Head of Digital Innovation and Acting Director of Digital Policing at West Yorkshire Police since June 2018, Emma previously held senior roles such as Senior Project Manager at the University of Nottingham and Programme Manager at NGA Human Resources. Emma's earlier positions include Force Business Manager at Humberside Police and Head of Programming and Planning at Lincolnshire Police, where responsibilities included leading change programs and strategic planning. Emma's career began with project management roles at ABM (UK) Ltd., where significant projects for law enforcement agencies were executed. Emma holds an education from Nottingham Trent University and St. Georges School in Lincolnshire.
