Casey Duncan has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Technical Analyst at Verizon Wireless for a few months before moving on to become an I.T. Contractor at Blue Shield of California. In 2005, they joined West Yost Associates as a System Administrator, responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure and performing tasks such as project design, system monitoring, and documentation. Casey continued to grow within the company and eventually took on the role of Senior System Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for designing, deploying, and managing various aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, such as VMware ESXi clusters, storage networks, Horizon View VDI workstations, and Backup and Disaster Recovery infrastructure. Casey also managed Active Directory, Group Policies, and performed a migration to Office 365. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of IT Manager at West Yost Associates.

Casey Duncan attended Cosumnes River College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned two Associate of Science (AS) degrees. The first degree was in Network Systems Administration, and the second degree was in Network Systems Engineering. In addition to these degrees, Casey also obtained two certifications from Cosumnes River College. In December 2002, they obtained a certification in Network Systems Administration (MCSE), and in July 2004, they obtained a certification in Network of Systems Engineering.
