Laura Allen

Laura Allen is a strategic human resources leader with extensive experience in HR management. Since September 2018, Laura has been with West Yost Associates, contributing to strategic initiatives in human resources. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at the University of the Pacific, Sacramento Campus from July 2014 to September 2018, and Manager of Human Resources at the McGeorge School of Law from June 2008 to June 2014. Laura also has experience as a Direct Hire Recruiter at Spherion Staffing and began a career at Enterprise Rent A Car from 2002 to 2004. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 1998 and 2002.
